YCZ-1300B-4 has been widely installed in the machineryt to manufacture cement bags, chemical bags, sugar bags, foodstuff bags, feedstuff bags, and powder and grain bags. Thematerialfor those bags is paper-plastic compound 3 in 1, laminated 2 in 1 wovenfabric, and paper- plastics intertexture fabric and paper. The material can be monolayer or multilayer.

In general, this machine is equipped with a 4-color printing system. If installed with another set of negative printing system, both positive andnegative printings (4+4,6+6) of cylindrical plastic fabric can be done inone move. The 360° continuouson-line registering system relieves the users of plagues and inconveniences and waste, both in time and finance,in the process of registering. Upon request, we can provide the machinewith a color choice ranging from 2 to 10 colors. ln the same process, this machine may accomplish different tasks such as punching, molding,gusset-forming,cutting and bag piling. This machine is especially suitable for the production of cement bags with valve port. We adoptteh “Economical Pair-Cutting Method”and in comparison with other machines of the same usage, this machine set can save 20mm-long basicmaterial in producing each bag. To meet the needs in producing multilayer paper bags or plastic bags with inside paper, this machine is equipped with delivery shelf of four-stations. This machine is also equipped withadvanced hydraulic photoelectrical deviation-tracking and deviation-rectifying system which can ensure the beeline move of basic material in its running operation and maintains the constant position of the prints on bag surface.Furthermore, theprintingink hot wind drying device in this machine keeps the patterns on the bags free from contamination. The central seam sealingextruaion device is also equippedwith hydraulic photoelectrical deviation-tracking and deviation-rectfying system, which can prevent the inner sticking of the bags or the overflowing of sealing material in the process of sealing the central seam.The cutting section of this machine adopts the rolling electric heating double-cutting. One full roll of the cutter cuts two bags. Thus,the production ratio is largely increased while mechanical abrasion is reduced.The product section is equipped with total amount counter andpre-set counter which guarantee the exact number of productand constant delivery.The whole electrical control system is highly secure and reliable. The operation speedof both mainframe and the extrusion device is synchronized through a proportioner which ensures the even distribution of sealing material.
