Applications and features：

The machine set is specially designed according to the actual production of the PP woven bags and the paper-PP compound packaging bags and is featured in reasonable structures, original outlook, easy operation, simple maintenance, low energy consumption, high efficiency as well as superior quality.

The basic material for this machine is PE or PP. We adopt “Salivating Method”coating technology to carry out the single or double side laminating process with circular PP woven rolls and paper to improve the strength of extension, gas proof performance and moisture proof performance. So it is an ideal machine to make chemical bags, fertilize bags, feedbags, and other packaging bags.

The production process of the machine is: unwinding, laminating, and rewinding. The whole process is equipped with advanced electrical and mechanical devices, realizing the single control and group

control with high automation. The double-station unwinding device adopts photocell hydraulic pressure

auto rectifying device to guide the fabric roll and rectify automatically, which guarantees the auto

fabric joining and successive production. The laminating section adopts spiral jacket cooling

structure, which guarantees nice cooling effect.

The rewinding section is featured in double station, double shaft differential frictional auto rewinder, realizing the fabric roll-changing without stopping the machine. All the on-and-offs of the adjustable rollers are controlled pneumatically.

Rotating fabric roll uploading device and hydraulic fabric roll downloading device are adopted instead of the cranes or electric hoist.

Double Side Color Film:

Auto register; color mark electric eye detection, auto register and compensation for the detected signals, achieving auto color register for double side color films. This structure is featured in accurate register, high stability and automation, suitable for producing top grade double side color film compound bags.
